Fees Other Than Product Price

Shipping Fees

For each shipment, shipping is free when the total purchase amount is 5,000 yen (tax included) or more.
For orders under 5,000 yen (tax included) per shipment, a flat nationwide shipping fee of 660 yen (tax included) will be charged per shipment.

Other Charges

A 10% consumption tax is applied to each product and service you order.
Bank transfer fees (actual cost) and cash-on-delivery fees must be borne by the customer.

Bank transfer and cash on delivery are available.

Delivery Time

Products will be delivered within approximately 3 to 5 days after payment is confirmed (or after the order is placed for cash on delivery and post-payment methods), excluding remote islands other than the main island of Okinawa.
You can specify the delivery date and time slot at the time of order.

Returns and Exchanges

If there is a defect in the product

We take every possible measure to ensure product quality, but if there is any defect or damage during delivery, please contact us by phone (03-5315-4864) or via the inquiry form within 7 days of product arrival, and promptly return the product to the address specified by us. We will bear the return shipping cost and replace it with a non-defective product.

If the return is due to the customer's circumstances

Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products. Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Products that have been damaged or broken due to reasons not attributable to our company.
Products for which no contact has been made within 7 days after arrival, or products that are not returned within 15 days after you contact us.
