Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available for orders totaling ¥5,000 or more (tax included) per shipment.
Orders are delivered via Yamato Transport (TA-Q-BIN).
Shipping Fee: ¥800 (tax included)
¥1,400 (tax included) for Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa.

Other Charges

A 10% consumption tax is applied to each product and service you order.
Bank transfer fees (actual cost) and cash-on-delivery fees must be borne by the customer.

Delivery Time

Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation of credit card payment.
We regret that we do not offer international shipping.
If you would like to specify a delivery date and/or time slot, please indicate your preference when placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

If there is a defect in the product

We take every possible measure to ensure product quality, but if there is any defect or damage during delivery, please contact us by phone (03-5315-4864) or via the inquiry form within 7 days of product arrival, and promptly return the product to the address specified by us. We will bear the return shipping cost and replace it with a non-defective product.

If the return is due to the customer's circumstances

Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products. Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Products that have been damaged or broken due to reasons not attributable to our company.
Products for which no contact has been made within 7 days after arrival, or products that are not returned within 15 days after you contact us.
